When you start in Chicago, go straight down the road. You should start getting chased by cops. Slalom through lamposts and other cars to make the cops fall behind, but don't lose control or turn of the road.

When you get to the draw bridge, it should be almost all the way up. Go over it. Push R2 and L2 at the same time to look behind you. If you did what I said, you should see atleast 1 cop fall through the gap in bridge. This will make your Felony meter go up. The easyiest way not to get chasesed by police is to drive behind a car and go the same speed that car is going do not hit it or you will get chased by the police.

This is faster than walking to your destination. Go to the main interstate north of Tropicana street. On the right if your facing north is a large tan building with black on the bottom. There should be store fronts sunk back in near the end of the building. There is a switch to get invincibility at that location. To access this cheat, choose Gameplay, then Secrets at the options screen. Go to a small hill. Press "X" to drive. A easy way to get a cop off of you is by doing a squeeze through.

Weaving through lampposts, trees, and other cars. Its a easy thing for missions because it is effective for shaking cops and gangsters. The goal is lure opponents naer lampposts and cars, and try to sweep through cauing your opponent to crash into that object. The simplest way to get where you need to go without being chased by cops is to first get out of your car. Then you just walk where you want and the police cannot chase you. It takes longer, but you won't be chased.

In hot pursuits a backlash can be used on opponents that get to close to you. All you have to do is use the square button to brake and reverse into the opponents front grill. Do not use this maneuver if your being chased by more than one cop car. Head down to a pharmacy called willecys pharmacy. It is on the west side of the city. When you start look on your map and you will see a street that leads fromm upperstrip all the way down to lower strip.

You get on that street and drive all the way down. After you go straight down past Flamingo the first street you see make a left and the pharmacy is on your left. Go to the Ghost Town in Vegas. Go up in the hills in the desert when you hit one of the hills as a jump. Just as you get to the top pull the hand break and turn left or right.

If you are trying to out run the cops this is the best way to do it. As you go toward the airport there is turn on the side there is a sign that says detour and a little ally on the right side of the building. Go through there then there will be a jump. Hit that perfect then you should land on another jump on the other side of the wall. When you get in there, there are alot of jumps.

Be careful because if you wreck you'r car you can not get out of the site to get another car! Drive like you are one of the city cars and the police will not follow you unless you hit a car or building. After getting chased by the police, get out of the car and get into another car. The felony meter will go back down to 0.

To get around a corner easier while driving a big truck, press L1. It locks the wheels in the direction you are turning. Its useful when you dont want to T-bone a cop. Its black. And its a waitin for ya to drive it Go driving along the area where you start.

More in the Down Town area. The place shaped like a bunch of squares, only on the map view. It should be waiting for you somewhere in there. Bus: take your first left on the beachside highway. Its most likely driving there. If not, turn around and drive the other way.

Fire engine: its located by the lake almost where you start. Its on the little freeway that takes you to the top of the level, that is also near the lake. Las vegas; ambulance, moving van, limo, 4x4 ford bronco, train [non-driveable]. Ambulance: located at the airport, drive around there a bit to find it. It has a siren too, R1, although the light flash on the back.

Moving van, train: I had the most luck finding it in the ghost town, also when your there out in the desert there are train tracks and 2 train enginse. They are located at each end of the track, blocking the tunnel, there used in one of the missions. Limo: If your lucky you can find taking your first right at the lights, anothter place is the airport. Bronco: either at the Top, mid or lower strip or in lakeside view. Its blue, enormous and a monster to park. Havana: giants; moving van, flat deck truck, bus, and the occasional Volkswagon minibus.

Anyway, the moving van is seen by following my path. When you start go straight forward around the curve, then go left. Follow until you reach the end of the street,go left, then rightand follow. You'll come to a one way going left, dont go left, go forward.

Go around the bends, until you come to a T intersection. Go straight and pull over. Look at your map and you'll see that your at an area of roads that sort of make out a circle. Pull back onto the road and drive around that area to find that truck. Flat bed truck: You will most likely find it around the docks and down west of them to. In other words the industrial area. This truck is as rare to find as the fire engine in chicago. Drive around that area for a bit. All of a sudden that truck will pop out of nowhere about 20 feet ahead or behind you, so always be on the look out.

Bus: simple, go to Old havana Far East. The part I dont get is that it has doors on both sides. Chicago: pick any starter car none unlocked , and drive to your first left.

Putz around the dense part of the city to see either a school bus or an armored truck. Now this is the wall you will go through to surf.

Now back up and still stay on the sand keep backing up until u are far enough to get speed because u need alot of speed. This isnt really a cheat, well sorta. As I type this I am parked on top of a building in Miami. I am playing on Survival. I went on the road where you get air as you go down. A cop hit me as I was catching air and I flew far not high into a car below.

My brother and I were amazed. But not as amazed as when I came back down I bounced off of a cop flying in the air, and landed on top of a building. So far my time clock reads , but I am goin to wait untill I cant stand it any more before I drop down to the awating 6 cops below me.

If you get hit by anybody hard enough, you'll fly straight up in the air. If you're lucky, you'll land on top of a building and get stuck there. If you press "select" until you get to "chase view", you're car will drop inside a building and you can drive around and crash into the walls from the inside. The funny thing is that the cops try to chase you but they end up running into the wall. You can see everything because the walls are invisible from the inside.

Also, when you drive around, you'll notice on your map that your car is in the middle of nowhere. Obviously I wasn't able to test this glitch, it just happened by accident. But it is funny to see the cops smash into the walls like idiots trying to get you! Go to "Take a Ride" and play Miami in the day time.

You can then drive around on the outside of the city: on water through buildings, ect.. To get back into the city: go full speed towards the northern small bridge at Bal Harbour, try to drive under it, it should put you back on the bridge sometimes upside down There are other places in the game that this happens too, but this is the only one that I can do consistantily.
