Microsoft runtime errors
Also I am not very "computer literate" so if you could just bare with me. I haven't made any changes that I know of to the computer but I did try to make another account but decided not to.
I also seen other questions similar to mine but I didn't know if the message was the same and if that would make a difference in the solution.
